As for updates... well I ran the Harrisburg marathon on Nov. 14th. I felt really good for the first 20 miles, was running 7:40s, and then I hit the wall. It really hurt. My legs became chunks of solid rock that refused to relax and I was really tired. I limped the last 6miles at a 10min pace and finished in 3.31:15. Not quite attaining my goal of beating the old time of 3.26:00. But I was happy to finish especially since I hadn't run in 3 weeks cause of a knee injury and ran with a knee brace.
